Subject: Formal Communication and Invitation Regarding Organizational Matters and Claims

To the international community, institutions, media, and all concerned parties:

On behalf of Actions For Justice (AXJ), we issue this formal open communication to address urgent internal and external matters of loyalty, accountability, and the restoration of our association’s reputation and integrity.

AXJ has operated since 1998 with the mission of protecting the human, civil, and political rights of our Member Reporters worldwide. In recent years this work has included active engagement in countries such as Italy, Croatia, and Spain. In Croatia, one of our teams personally visited then-President Ivo Josipović to introduce the organization and its objectives.

We now face circumstances in which certain organizations and individuals appear to be acting against the interests and integrity of AXJ. Should it become necessary, we may seek external assistance to remove such parties from any association with our work. We remind all concerned of the serious consequences that attach to acts of betrayal, disloyalty, or fraud committed against our members and our organization.

Accordingly, we formally request and demand the immediate restoration of AXJ’s reputation and full compensation for any harm caused to the organization and its members arising from such actions.

We invite constructive engagement from any parties able to assist in upholding accountability, transparency, and the protection of the rights we have long defended. AXJ remains committed to its founding principles and to the defense of its Member Reporters.
